Alongside The Turnaround CEO, Amanda runs Turnaround Futures CIC, a social enterprise delivering the Desire to Aspire programme to young adults across Sherwood Forest and North Nottinghamshire who are not currently in work.

The programme uses the same core approach that underpins all of Amanda’s work: rebuilding confidence, reframing the stories people tell themselves, and building genuine resilience. Through group sessions, DISC profiling, and one-to-one coaching, participants move from feeling stuck to having real direction — many going on into employment, training, or further education.

This isn’t corporate training repackaged for a different audience. It’s the belief that everyone deserves the chance to see what they’re capable of, regardless of where they’re starting from.
