My Story
The beginning
My story begins over 25 years ago, with a commercial background predominately in sales. I’ve spent year’s building a strong foundation for what it takes to transform and turnaround your leadership skills and business growth.
I've been there
I’ve been where you are, I owned my own company where I was Managing Director of a successful telecoms and IT company. I walked and have ‘been there’
Reinventing myself
The drive to set up Amanda Daly - The Turnaround CEO, TTCEO, came in 2016 when I found I was getting such little enjoyment from the business I had sacrificed a lot of family time and devoted so many years of my life to.
The thrill of running the business I owned had gone.
I felt stuck.
Life changing reflections
When I look back, I know some people would have considered my life the dream, running a successful business, financially stable and having the ability to do the majority of what I wanted both physically and materially.
However, there was a massive part of me that was feeling empty.
Doing the bold thing
I had lost my drive, enthusiasm and my sense of identity and I was often left thinking that there must be more to life than this. So, I did the bold thing and made the decision to implement big life changes and follow my dream.
I took a big leap of faith by changing my direction.
This was when I started the TTCEO.
I knew that I’d always loved business and I enjoyed working with people. I knew I had many business skills, having gone through recessions, changes in technology and products, to changes in business structures, cultural challenges, as well as personal relationship challenges.
